Münster (SMS) Mit der Auftaktveranstaltung am Dienstag, 26. Februar, beginnt die Erarbeitung eines Stadtteilentwicklungskonzeptes für Nienberge und Häger. Da die Ankündigung des Termins ein überwältigendes Echo bei den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern hervorgerufen hat, bietet die Stadt am Donnerstag, 7. März, ebenfalls um 18 Uhr im Nienberger Kulturforum (Kirmstraße 1) einen Zusatztermin an. Auch für diesen Termin wird um Anmeldung gebeten: nienberge-haeger@plan-lokal.de oder 02 31/95 20 83-0.
Großes Interesse war vom Amt für Stadtentwicklung, Stadtplanung, Verkehrsplanung erwartet worden, allerdings gerät das Kulturforum mit den bereits eingegangenen 200 Anmeldungen an seine Kapazitätsgrenzen. Der Zusatztermin in der kommenden Woche bietet dieselben Informationen wie die Veranstaltung am 26. Februar.
Bei der Entwicklung der neuen Wohnbauflächen im Westen von Nienberge steht die Stadt jedoch noch ganz am Anfang und möchte im Rahmen des Stadtteilentwicklungskonzepts zunächst erste Hinweise bekommen, welche Anforderungen aus Sicht der Bürgerschaft und des Stadtteils an das neue Baugebiet gestellt werden. Erst danach schließen sich konkrete städtebauliche Entwürfe an. Die Vergabe von neuen Baugrundstücken wird frühestens in einigen Jahren starten.
Während des ersten Termins in einer Reihe von Treffen im Laufe des Jahres wird es um den Ablauf und spezifische Themenfelder des Stadtteilentwicklungskonzeptes gehen. Aktuell ist es ein zentrales Anliegen der Planer, von den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern zu erfahren, wo in ihrem Stadtteil Handlungsbedarf gesehen wird. Dabei geht es beispielsweise um Verkehr und Mobilität, Kindergärten und Schulen, Einzelhandel und die Gestaltung der Ortsmitte von Nienberge sowie die Themen Landschaft und Gewerbe.
