Seit 1997 gibt es den von der Koordinierungsstelle für Klima und Energie entwickelten Wärmepass für Altbauten in Münster. Baudezernent Gerhard Joksch überreichte jetzt den 1111. Wärmepass an Familie Behrendt. "Die hohe Zahl macht deutlich, dass sich der Wärmepass in Münster etabliert hat. Er ist zu einem echten Gütesiegel geworden, das mitentscheidend für den Markt- und Wohnwert eines Hauses sein kann", erläutert Gerhard Joksch. "Mit Hilfe des Wärmepasses ist es gelungen, mehr Hausbesitzer für das Thema ,Altbausanierung‘ zu sensibilisieren."
Der Wärmepass ist eingebunden in das Gesamtkonzept "Altbausanierung", mit dem die Stadt Münster Eigentümer von Altbauten beratend und finanziell unterstützt.
