ShareChat includes a chatserver and a client. If the server runs on one computer connected to the internet, the client can be copied to the people, who use the chat, so they can chat and exchange data files. The chatroom offers the possibility to leave links to resources on your harddrive between the text. If you leave a gif or jpg image it is displayed in the chatroom. Only MP3, MPG, MOV, AVI, JPG, GIF, TXT, HTM, HTML, XML and PDF are allowed for sharing so viruses are avoided.
