More than just science
The academies in Münster are living communities, emanating ever new impetuses - for students from all over the world, for degree holders and alumni, for parents, for the people in Münster, and for society as a whole.
For instance, there are numerous successful events that have distinguished Münster as an academic centre during the past years: the specialist fair CONNECTA international Münster for international students, the management game Münster University International Model United Nations, the information weekend Elternalarm (Parents Alarm) for the fathers and mothers of the students, the Hochschultag (Academic Day) with information on the courses of study, the Alumnitag (Day of the Alumni) for degree holders or the the ALTERnativ event: experiencing knowledge for elderly persons.
